Basic One: Designed for users of standard edition one on a database with a low activity level during normal business hours and with less than 15 users. This service level offers coverage equal to our Basic level.

Basic: Designed for a small database with a low activity level only during normal business hours and with less than 60 users. This service level offers M-F 9-5 coverage.

Regular: Designed for a busy workgroup/enterprise server with sustained growth and with less than 200 users. This service level offers M-Sat 8-8 coverage.

Premium: Designed to support large-scale mission critical database servers with a high volume of transactions and number of users. This service level offers around the clock coverage.

Our contract rates add up to a fraction of the cost of one full time Spatial DBA or ESRI Administrator and are certainly advantageous when multiple DBAs are needed for after hours coverage. Our service can also be used to supplement your existing DBA staff. In addition, you will not have to worry about vacation schedules, illness etc., since we offer a staff of multiple named DBAs for continuous coverage. Further, you will not have to worry about DBA transitioning since we will assign 2 named DBAs to familiarize themselves with your system.
